We take pride in sourcing our materials through fellow small business owners and locally as much as possible. We also use sustainable, cruelty, animal free testing, organic when available, fair trade and highest quality ingredients always.

We are 100% compliant with FDA guidelines.

These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness or disease.

Do not consume any part of our products (some things are just for esthetics). Keep out of reach of children.

Enchanted Bathworks is not responsible for misuse of our products.

Body Scrubs, Bath Melts, Tub Teas and Bath Salts may contain oils or ingredients that create a slippery surface. Please use caution when enjoying these products.

RETURN/EXCHANGE/CANCELATION POLICY: We gladly accept cancellations that have been requested within 24hrs of placed order. We do not except returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. Please contact us if there are any issues with your order!

SEZZLE & Klarna: We offer Sezzle & Klarna for your convenience. This option allows you to spread your purchase out over 4 payments, they then charge you approximately every 2 weeks until the balance is paid. This is a feature offered by us for you, but we do not control how Sezzle or Klarna operate, please make sure to read all of their policies before committing to make sure you are comfortable with them before finalizing purchase.

SHIPPING: Enchanted Bathworks by Harper’s Unicorn is not responsible for any damaged products after they have left our possession. We package our boxes to handle tough situations but some things are beyond our control.

Bath Melts and Lotion Bars may melt in shipping they still hold the same quality and work the same. Due to this we try not to ship these during the hottest months of Summer. Store in a cool, dry place. Bath melts are best if used within 90 days of purchase.

*It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the address listed for shipping is correct. We are not responsible for orders that ship to an incorrect address and the customer will be expected to pay shipping again if the order is returned to us. Orders that are delivered incorrectly must have claims filed with USPS as Enchanted Bathworks by Harper's Unicorn is not responsible for delivered items. **Please understand that transit times via shipping agents are out of our control. **

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Orders shipped by USPS & UPS with tracking.  Basic insurance to cover the full amount of the order value plus shipping costs is generally up to $100. The insurance covers the package if it is lost or damaged during transit. The insurance does not cover what happens to the package after the scanned delivery (stolen, etc). If you do not receive your package or if your packaged is received and the contents inside are damaged please contact us to process your claim. Orders larger than $100 can have additional insurance purchased by customer if requested.

We do not batch print labels. This means when you get a shipping notice, your package will go out within a couple of business days (M-F). All packages are not scanned at pickup and may not update right away. There have been many instances of packages not showing scanned or not showing movement and then being delivered.

Shipping Rates: We will always look at all shipping options to ensure you are getting the best rate and promptly refund overages. Please keep in mind shipping carriers raise prices yearly and we adjust ours accordingly.

Domestic (US) - shipping rates are based on weight and destination as determined by the carrier. we mostly use USPS & UPS with 6x4x2 inch boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: At this time Harper's Unicorn does not have international shipping rates included as we do not ship outside of the US at this time.
**Please also note that any brokerage fees or taxes implemented by the country of the buyer are out of EBHU control. We do NOT change values on customs forms as this is fraud.**
